Please take a moment to read the information below. I aim to provide as much detail as possible to ensure the custom process is smooth and enjoyable for both of us.
If you are interested in having a custom piece of jewelry made, please message me on Instagram or Facebook. Take a screenshot of the piece you’re interested in and send it along with your message. If you do not use social media, you may contact me through the contact page on my website or call during normal business hours (MST) at (406) 534-9534.
The prices listed are for custom designs made using your ivory/ivories. If you do not have your own, I do have a limited supply available for an additional cost.
All pieces are made to order—none are pre-made. I do not accept custom orders without discussing them first, as we will need to go over sizing, design options, accessory stones, turnaround time, payment, and shipping. Additionally, some ivories may be cracked or too thin to work with, so I may need to review them before accepting an order.
All jewelry is made with .925 sterling silver unless otherwise specified. I am happy to create new, original designs and welcome custom ideas. However, I do not copy other makers’ designs. Please use my website and social media for inspiration.
A 50% deposit is required to book your custom order. Once your deposit is received, I will provide shipping instructions for sending your ivories. I accept Venmo or Zelle. If paying by check, the full balance is required upfront.
Please note: once a deposit is received, no changes can be made, and deposits are non-refundable.
I am typically booked approximately three months out. A rush option is available for an additional 30% of the total cost, with the full balance due upfront. Rush orders are completed within 7 days of receiving your ivories and shipped via USPS Ground (typically 3–5 business days).
